We were founded in 1991 by Bishop Ed Smith as the missions arm of Zoe Christian Fellowship of Whittier. Since our inception, AMI has led short-term missions trips to Mexico, Ghana, Johannesburg, South Africa, Lagos, Nigeria, Belize, Central America, Indonesia, Poland, Italy, Spain, Russia, England, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Brazil, Japan, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Philippines and more! We proudly support 25 amazing missionaries in 19 different countries in urban areas that have the greatest need. To date, we have continued to increase our impact as an official 501C3 non-profit, committed to help people live for God’s purpose at home and abroad.
